Our Mission

To Help People to Better Understand How to Regulate and Balance Their Nervous System.

After experiencing significant personal challenges, including chronic pain, depression and the loss of his brother to suicide, Cameron became deeply committed to understanding why some people struggle while others thrive.

What began as a personal search for answers evolved into a lifelong passion for neuroscience, human behaviour, resilience and nervous system regulation.

Today, Cameron’s work is centred around a simple belief:

The Work

Your state changes everything.

The way we think, feel, respond and perform is influenced by the state of our brain and nervous system.

Cameron Oates brings together neuroscience, neurotherapy, nervous-system education and practical strategies to help people better understand what is happening inside them.

Cameron Oates

This Work Became Personal

Cameron's interest in the brain and nervous system began through his own experience with significant physical and emotional challenges.

That experience led to more than a decade of studying neuroscience, human behaviour and nervous-system regulation.

Since then, Cameron has worked with people across health, business, education, sport and high-performance environments.
